Life,no parole for juveniles?Let states decide it

A 13 year old is being guilty of rape but not murder and be imprison at the age of 80.Four years after the supreme court ruled it was an unusual punishment and unconstitutional to execute people who were younger than age 18 at the time of their crime. The supreme court says that if the court overturns the no-parole for life sentence of men who were age 13 and ages 16/17 at the time of their crime. But the opponents of the death penalty will seek a court ruling.People hope that the supreme court rejects the appeals of the men who were boys of 13 and 15/16 whn they raped and robbed. At the age of 50 people were still to commit criminality and even homicide most of the people on the age of 50 act as if they were 15 years old some of them learned that their behaviors reduce their odds of living the age of 50.So what this article is basically saying is that at a young age who commit a crime is being guilty for many years. What i think about this artical is that is true because anyone who commit a crime needs to be guilty and not just let them do it again with others teenagers that are being on danger.
